MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

This Membership Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing participation in The Model Club, a private membership platform presented by The Mr. Coleman Group (“Company”).

By enrolling, submitting payment, checking an acceptance box, or participating in any Model Club programming, the individual enrolling (“Member”) agrees to be legally bound by this Agreement.

Parties to the Agreement

This Agreement is entered into by and between The Mr. Coleman Group, a privately operated fashion production, casting, and creative entity (“Company”), and the individual enrolling as a member (“Member”).

For purposes of this Agreement, The Model Club and The Mr. Coleman Group shall be deemed one and the same entity, and all rights and obligations herein shall be binding upon and enforceable by the Company.

Nature of Membership

The Model Club is a private, access-based membership community designed to provide mentorship, education, exposure, and industry proximity.

Is not a modeling agency

Does not guarantee employment, bookings, income, or representation

Does not negotiate contracts or procure work on behalf of Members

Membership provides access and opportunity, not promises or guarantees.

Independent Relationship

Nothing in this Agreement creates an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the Member and the Company.

Enrollment Terms

Membership is offered on a thirty (30) day term basis (“Membership Term”), unless the Member elects to prepay for multiple months in advance.

This Agreement does not automatically renew. Access expires unless payment is submitted by the Company’s designated enrollment deadline.

Membership Fees

National Membership (United States): $150 per month

International Membership (Outside the United States): $100 per month

Fees; No Refund Policy

All payments are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.

Access

Upon receipt of payment, Members are granted limited, revocable access to Company-provided portals, communications, calls, workshops, events, and opportunities.

No Guarantee of Work / Non-Agency Disclaimer

Membership does not guarantee work, bookings, income, or representation.

Conduct & Behavioral Standards

Members must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

Intellectual Property & Confidential Materials

All materials provided by the Company are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and may not be distributed or reproduced.

Media Release & Recording Consent

Members grant the Company the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and image for marketing and promotional purposes.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Electronic Acceptance

Electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement equivalent to a handwritten signature.

Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling and submitting payment, the Member confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
